Take a bowl add wheat flour salt,1tbsp oil,andwater make a dough. Keep it aside.

Heat a pan add oats stir it some time.

Add all veggies,and salt stir it some time than add 1/2cup water and cover it.when water remove masala is ready

Take little one of the daugh,rolled a small roti than stuff with oats mixture.close the roti.Than rolled it a round shape roti.

Heat a pan and add the stuffed roti.finely roast the parantha add desi ghee.

Veg oats. Parantha is ready.serve with masala curd.and chhole. panjabichhole
