Ingredients

  • 200 gmmaida / all purpose flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 table spoonAjwain
  • as neededVegetable oil for frying and moyan
  • 4-5potatoes (boiled)
  • 1/4 cupPeas (matar) optional
  • 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbsp Amchur powder
  • 1/4 cupCoriander leaves finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle maida le, usme salt ajwain or moyan dale, half cup or normal dough ready karein, or 10 min dhakkar rakhe.

  2. 2

    Aloo ko tord le usme salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, peas, hara dhaniya dale, achhi tarah mix karein.

  3. 3

    Then, dough se ek poori ke barabar ki loi le or square shape mein bele.

  4. 4

    Ab ise charo taraf se fold karein.

  5. 5

    Then, back side aloo stuff karein.

  6. 6

    Or fir se band kar de.

  7. 7

    Ab back side se ek ek side ko khole.

  8. 8

    Flower design ready ho jayegi.

  9. 9

    Deep fry karein golden brown hone tak.

  10. 10

    Chutney or sauce ke sath serve karein.
