2Sweet potatoes
1Olive oil
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper

Preheat oven to 425°

Cut potatoes into fries

In large bowl mix potatoes, salt and pepper with enough olive oil jyst to lightly coat.

Line in foil on baking sheet 1/2 inch apart and make for ten min, turn over and bake another 5-7 min or until desired crispness. I prefer them dark. Also after washing potatoes make sure to dry VERY well otherwise won't end up crispy

I would also try using sesame seed oil in place of olive oil. Has a nice aroma and flavor.
