Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cuptofu
  2. 1 tablespoonRice flour
  3. 1 teaspoonFinger millet flour
  4. 1 tablespoonSorgum/Jowar flour
  5. 1Boiled potato (big)
  6. 1 tablespoonOnion (sliced)
  7. 1 teaspoonCarrot (grated)
  8. 1/4 teaspoonGreen chilly (optional)
  9. 1/4 cupany green leafy vegetable
  10. 3 pinchesCumin and coriander fruits
  11. Oil to deep fry
  12. As per taste- Salt
  13. Toothpicks as required

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Crumble tofu in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add all the flours, chopped greens, onion slices, boiled vegetables,green chilly to the crumbled tofu.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt, cumin and coriander fruits powder to it. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Make the above mix as a firm dough.

  5. 5

    Take small balls of the dough and shape into lollipops.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan over a medium flame.Deep fry the shaped lollipops on both sides until they turn golden brown and are cooked well.

  7. 7

    Transfer the crispy lollipops into a serving plate. Insert toothpicks into the fried lollipops.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
