Ingredients

2peoples
  1. 250 gmpotato
  2. 1 teaspoonbutter
  3. 1 tablespooncorn flour
  4. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped garlic flakes
  5. 1finely chopped spring onions
  6. 2chopped green chilli
  7. 1 tablespoontomato ketchup
  8. 2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  9. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  10. 1/4 teaspoonedible food color
  11. 1 pinchsalt
  12. 1 pinchpowdered black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Prick potatoes with a fork all over so that salt can go inside it.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok.

  3. 3

    Add broken red chillies and garlic.

  4. 4

    Saute garlic till it gets brown

  5. 5

    Add chilli paste and saute till all the raw flavour of chilly paste goes away.

  6. 6

    Add tomao kectech up soya sauce.salt mix well

  7. 7

    Lastly add food color and black pApper.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with coriander leaves.
