Generally kids don't like to eat healthy veggies so I Always try to give them full vitamins of veggies in interesting way. This recipe is very helpful to children for growing age because it is full pakage of vitamins and as well as taste.

Generally kids don't like to eat healthy veggies so I Always try to give them full vitamins of veggies in interesting way. This recipe is very helpful to children for growing age because it is full pakage of vitamins and as well as taste.

First squeeze all veges separately but don't throw its juice because this juice will be used in making dough. it is very nutritious for kids

All ingredients mix to the dough and make soft dough and rest it for 20 minutes

Now take a pan heat oil and add jeera. when it turns brown add all veges and roast for 5 minutes to evaporate water if there is anymore and turn off gas

When veges cool down add our all masalas and salt and give a nice mix

Now take a ball size dough and roll it in small circle and fill 2 tsp of filling in it and again roll it with rolling pin and put on greased tawa and shallow fry both sides and enjoy hot with very healthy curd
