  11. Salt
  12. Haldi
  13. Dhaniya powder
  14. Red chilli
  15. 1 tea spoonLemon juice
  16. 3 bowlWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle veggies ko cut kar lenge.

  2. 2

    Ab ek pan me ghee lenge

  3. 3

    Ghee ko garam hone ke baad Usme Rai aur curry leaves dalenge.

    Let it splitter.

  5. 5

    Dein isme pyaj matar aur alu dalenge..

  6. 6

    Namak add karege.and isme grated carrot dalenge and sare spices dalenge.

  7. 7

    Dein ise cover kar ke 2 mn pakaege.

  8. 8

    Ab isme finly choped tomato add karege..

  9. 9

    Thori der pakaege.and lani dalenge or lemon juice dalenge.

  10. 10

    Ek boil ane par dheere dheere oats mix krege and pani sikhne tak ise chalenge..

  11. 11

    Last me coriander leaves dalenge..And serve karege..
