Ingredients

5-10 minutes
3 servings
  1. 200 gmmushroom
  2. 1/4 tea spoonTurmeric
  3. salt as required
  4. 1 table spoonOil
  5. 1 tea spoonChilli Powder (Please add more if you need more hot.)
  6. 1/4 cupWater
  7. 10Curry leaves

Steps

5-10 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean mushrooms and cut it into small pieces.

    Heat oil in a pan, then add chilli powder and mushroom in it. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add curry leaves, turmeric, salt and water and mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook till all the water has dried.
