  • 1 tspginger fine chopped
  • 1/2 tea spooncoriander powder -
  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • as neededWater

Steps

    Sabse pehle aata ke soft dough taiyar karein hai...uske liye hm aata me ek table spn ghee or oil and salt milakr thoda thoda pani dalte hue aata gunth kar taiyar krenge aur dhak kar 20se 25 minute ke liye rakh denge...

    Pan 1 tsp ghee ya oil Dale fir jeera bhune

  3. 3

    Pyaaz,adrak aur hari mirch add karein thoda bhune

  4. 4

    Fir coriander powder add karein milaye ek do bar chalake palak add karein

  5. 5

    Achhe se massala ke sath milakr bhune bina dhake hi thanda krenge

  6. 6

    Ab namak aur haldi bhi add karein aur tab tak bhune jab tak palak ka sari pani sukh na jaye...aur Palak  bhi pak jayenge.

    Pani sukh Jane par hamari stuffing taiyar

    Stuffing thoda thanda hone de

    Hatho me thoda oil lagake aata ko fir se thoda daba kar milalenge

    Do chhoti loi lekr do rotiya belenge

    Ek roti ke uper spoon ya hath se stuffing falayenge ek inch chhodkr side se

    Ab dusri roti upper se cover kar hlke hathon se daba ledge aur belan se ek bar aur thoda bel lenge

    Tawa garam kar paratho ko dono side se thoda oil ya ghee lagakr achhe se sek le...taiyar ho jayega aapka healthy Palak paratha ise kisi bhi gravy wali sabji,chatni,sauce ya rayte ke sath prose..
