Steps

Pressure cook cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, chopped potato and half green peas for 4 whistle. Strain water off and mash remaining. Keep water aside.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillipaste in it and saute it. Later add chopped onion, coriander and tomato. Add red chilli powder and turmeric and cook till onion become mushy.

Add mashed vegetables in it and mix it. Add little stock if you want more gravy. Add pav bhaji masala and salt and let it cook for 4-5 mins.

Serve it with butter on top with raw onion, lemon wedge and buttered pav.
