Ingredients

  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 20peanuts
  • 150 gmsPoha
  • 2 tbsproasted peanut powder
  • 10french beans finely chopped
  • Fresh Pomogrante seeds
  • Fresh peas as required
  • to tasteSalt according
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • Little cummin seeds
  • Pinchastefodia
  • Water to sprinkle
  • pinchTurmeric
  • Lemon juice of 1lemon
  • Curry leaves
  • 3green chillies
  • Fresh corainder
  • halfGratted carrot

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the poha and keep in strainer

  2. 2

    Add little salt and sugar 1tsp

  3. 3

    Mix well

  4. 4

    Keep aside

  5. 5

    Take heavy bottom pan

  6. 6

    Add oil heat it

  7. 7

    Add cummin seeds saute

  8. 8

    Add astefodia and curry leaves saute

  9. 9

    Add chopped green chillies saute

  10. 10

    Add onion saute

  11. 11

    Add fresh peas and french beans saute

  12. 12

    Add gratted carrot saute

  13. 13

    Add little salt and mix

  14. 14

    Add poha

  15. 15

    Little turmeric peanut powder

  16. 16

    Juice of lemon

  17. 17

    1tsp sugar

  18. 18

    Pomogrante seeds half

  19. 19

    Mix nicely all

  20. 20

    Toss on medium flame

  21. 21

    Off the gas

  22. 22

    Add fresh corainder mix

  23. 23

    Transfer in Serving plate

  24. 24

    Garnish with fresh Pomogrante seeds

  25. 25

    Serve with love

  26. 26

    Your Healthy poha loaded with veggies and Pomogrante seeds is ready to serve
