Boil rice for 10mins.wash and reboil again.

When is boiling add pinch of salt and boil till water drys.

Boil meat with salt,Maggi and onion.boil for 35mins.

Wash tatasi and remove the seed if not the stew will be bitter.

Blend the tatasi,tomatoes,Ginger and turmeric.

Place a pot on fire,Add groundnut oil heat up and add onion.

Fry a bit and pour in the blended paste.

Fry till the water drys and be stirring at intervals.

Onces is dry pour in the meat and more water.allow it to boil very well.

Then add salt,Maggi and taste to know if the taste is ok.if not add more salt.

Boil for 5mins and bring down.

Peel and slice plantain and add salt.

Pour in groundnut oil in a frying pan.heat up and add the plantain.

Fry and bring out when is done.
