1 headiceberg lettuce
1 eachavocado
Seafood Sauce
1 cupwhole egg mayo
3 tbsptomato ketchup
2 tbspworcesteshire sauce
2 tbsplemon juice

Devein, shell & clean the shrimp

Finally slice the lettuce & avocado

Combine the mayo, ketchup, worcesteshire & lemon juice. Salt & pepper to taste.

Now its about building... Place lettuce at base of bowl followed by shrimp, avocado & sauce.
