You could also use whole wheat. That way the fiber helps with the fat digestion. I also used my corn salsa for a topping, you can use any toppings of your choice, but keep in mind the fat content.

Beef is so expensive. So ground beef is a little less expensive. I had some Fajita chicken so I improvised and this recipe is what I came up with. I wanted tacos and fajitas so I kinda came up with the best of both sides, the Fajita taco hybrids. The pepper and onions on the tacos were delicious.
