Steps

Baked salmon then flake into big chunk then set aside reserving the baked salmon juice

Pour mango puree onto baking dish and mix with salmon juice from earlier baking and lemon juice then mix well then baked for anothet 5 minute

Cook pasta then drain
- 4
To serve on cooked pasta top salmon with fresh mango cube then top with mango sauce then garnish
