Heat ghee in nonstick pan. Add coconut and jaggery and cook it till it evapourate water. Add dry fruits powder, salt and Elaichi powder. And mix it. Take it off the flame and let it cool down.

Now in sauce pan boil water. Add one tbsp of ghee in it. In mixing bowl pour all rice flour and pinch of salt and mix it. Pour boiling water in it and knead it with hand greased with ghee. This has to happen when water is hot. Knead it alot. And make it smooth dough.

Now make small balls of dough and make another smallballs of filling. Filling should be 2/3 of dough.

Take one ball of dough in hand. Flattend it in palms and now make folds shown in picture. Its is just for a reference.

Now put those modaks in steamer and cook it 15 mins.

Pour ghee on it and serve it.
