Steps

Chopped all veggies.

Boiled chopped pumpkin,capsicum, and brinjal.

Mashed with masher all boiled veggies.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds when crackle add chopped onion and saute for till light golden

Now add green chilli, chopped garlic and tomatoes. Saute for 5 minutes till soft the tomatoes.

Add pav bhaji masala, coriander powder, black salt and salt, mix well.

Add some water, cook for 5-8 minutes on low flame.

Add butter on top.

Serve hot with pav.
