Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgassorted organic salad greens
  • 15pcs. cherry tomatoes
  • 1medium-size cucumber, sliced thinly
  • 10pcs. red grapes
  • 10pcs. green grapes
  • 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tspsugar, if desired

Steps

    Arrange lettuce or any salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, grapes on a plate or bowl. Pour extra virgin olive oil, just enough to coat the ingredients. Add balsamic vinegar. Add salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Toss to coat the ingredients. Makes 4 to 6 servings!
