Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgshrimps
  2. 1chicken breast
  3. 2 clovegarlic, crushed
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1/4lean pork, sliced
  6. 5pcs. chicken liver
  7. 2 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspajinomoto, if desired
  9. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 1 1/2 cupbroth
  11. 1carrot, in strips
  12. 1 headcauliflower, cut into flowerettes
  13. 4cabbage leaves, shredded
  14. 2 tbspcornstarch, dispersed in 1/4 cup water
  15. 1 packagespancit canton (dried Chinese noodles)

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute garlic, onion and pork.

    Combine carrot. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add chicken liver, shrimps and chicken meat. Season with salt, ajinomoto and soy sauce. Pour broth and bring to a boil.

    Add all the other vegetables. Thicken with dispersed cornstarch.

    Stir canton and cook 10 minutes. Serve hot!
