Jalapeno Cream Cheese Spread

Cut cream cheese in 1/2 diagonally.

Turn 1 piece over and arrange both pieces on a small serving plate with long straight sides touching to form a triangular "tree."

Place cinnamon stick in center of bottom edge to form "trunk."

Just before serving, spoon jelly over tree, allowing some to flow down sides to plate.

Using a 1 inch star canape cutter, cut star from bell pepper square; place at top of tree.

Pipe sour cream diagonally across tree to form garland.

Serve with crackers.

*Jalepeno jelly is available in mild or spicy flavors. Depending on the brand of jelly, it can also vary in color from amber to green to red.*
