Steps

Clean the rice and give it time to dry (3-4 minutes)

Heat some cooking oil in a sauce pan

Add rice and royco cubes, cook for about 2 minutes adder low heat.

Add carrots, red and green pepper and onion, cook for 1 minute

Add hot water, mix using a kitchen folk then give it time to cook.
