First boil noodles. take a big vassal boil the water add oil and salt.. when it boil add noodles and cook it till soft. now drain out all water and wash with running water so we stop cooking process of noodles and sprinkle 1 tsp oil and mix nicely with fingers.

Take a wok heat oil add all vegies. remember all process of tadka do on high flame. saute all vegies for 5 minutes. add salt, chilly powder, all sauces, and noodles. mix very gently and evenly with 2 folk and keep aside

Take a sheet put 2 tbsp noodles. Fold the left and right side and roll it. Coat the lazzam at the end points and press it

Take a kadai heat oil and deep fry all... enjoy hot with sauce
