Its easy and quick. Just first dissolve chicken stock cube in 1 cup of water

Heat butter and oil together. Add garlic and any vegetable if you like. I had only coriander. Once garlic cooked add milk and chicken stock together and bring it to boil. Add pinch of salt or as per your choice. Once it is boiled add pasta and cook it till it gets par boiled. Later add black pepper, pinch of salt and most important cheese in it. And mix it.

Its always good option to use flat surface pan type cookware to get this pasta done. It hardly take 5 mins to cook.
