Steps

Soak Rice for an hour, Drain excess water from rice.

In a wok add Ghee and nuts roast them and keep aside.

In same pan add rice and stir till it's light pink.

Add two cup of water, milk, Saffron, Cardamom powder, and great some nutmeg.

And let it simmer, if needed add some more water till rice is cooked.

Add Crushed Jaggery to rice and give a mix, keep flame low.

Once Jaggery is melt and mixed to rice switch off flame.

Mix nuts to Mewa Pulao, and give rest of 10 mins.

Serve hot this Delicious Delicates to your love once.
