Ingredients

  1. 6 cupschicken stock
  2. 4 cupswater
  3. 1/2 cuprice vinegar
  4. 1/3soy sauce
  5. 1 1/2 Tblssesame oil
  6. 1 tspfish sauce
  7. 5 slicesfresh ginger
  8. 5garlic cloves, cracked
  9. 1 lbchicken thighs, sliced thin
  10. 5 ozrice noodles or 9oz dumplings
  11. 1 bunchgreen onions
  12. 1 1/2 cupsbean sprouts
  13. 8 ozmushrooms, sliced thin
  14. 3baby bok choy, sliced
  15. 3/4 cupcarrots, sliced thin
  16. Chile garlic sauce for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In the IP, combine chicken stock, water, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, ginger, and garlic, and chicken.

  2. 2

    Place the lid on the IP, and vent to sealed.

  3. 3

    Cook high pressure for 2 minutes, the quick pressure release. (3 minutes for frozen thighs).

  4. 4

    Remove lid, and add dumplings or noodles, carrots, and mushrooms. Replace the lid and allow to sit 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Place green onions, bean sprouts, and bok choy into serving bowls.

  6. 6

    Ladle hot soup and vegetables into the serving bowls.

  7. 7

    Garnish with garlic chilies sauce.

  8. 8

    Allow the soup to sit 5 minutes, then enjoy!
