1pot of water for boiling eggs
1pot with cooking oil for deep frying

boil eggs for two or three minutes depending on size.Heat oil. Peel eggs after boiling,When fat is hot that a piece of bread is cooked within 45 seconds gently lower egg into fat letting it brown all over that takes about three to five minutes .

serve immediately taking care when eating these get very hot
