  • 2 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 3 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 2eggs (separated)
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupbutter

    Prepare waffle iron as directed .

  2. 2

    Mix dry ingredients flour,sugar,baking powder in a medium bowl.

  3. 3

    Lightly beat egg york.

  4. 4

    add milk,vanilla, egg York,and melted butter.

  5. 5

    Beat egg whites until they have a soft peek. Fold egg whites into batter.

  6. 6

    make 10 waffles

This is the best ever Belgian waffle recipe. The recipe is easy, the texture is light, flavorful, delicious, and did I say easy! I made a batch, ate one and. Refrigerated the rest of them for breakfast for the week. It made seven waffles for me not 10 but they are awesome!
