  • 1 cupbread crumbs
  • 1 tbspitalian seasoning
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1/2 tbspwhole ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsplemon pepper

  1. 1

    in large mixing bowl add ingrediants and stir

  2. 2

    in a skillet spray pam and heat

  3. 3

    rinse fish in water then baste fish on both sides and dip in mixing bowl with ingrediants

  4. 4

    then place in skillet and cook both side till fish flakes and is brown
