My daughter loves these for a quick, no fuss breakfast!! She always asks for more so I always make 4! Also, extras r also great popped bak under broiler for a snak or another bz morn!

Toast English muffins

fry sausage till its good n crumbled

scramble eggs into pieces

take slices of cheez and split them to fit each half of the muffins

put this under broiler just till cheez is melty

then add sausage crumbles and scrambled eggs

top w grated cheez

put bak under broiler on low* till cheez is melted, but not too much jus till its gooey!
