  • 1 lbof ground turkey
  • 1/2onion diced
  • 3 cloveof garlic diced
  • 1/4of green pepper diced
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1a pinch of salt ,pepper

    cook the ground Turkey ,then add in the peppers onions and garlic and let simmer

  2. 2

    add in salt and pepper and milk,sour cream and stir well .let simmer till it bubbles and take off heat and let it sit to thicken

  3. 3

    serve over pasta or rice
