1 lbof ground turkey
1/2onion diced
3 cloveof garlic diced
1/4of green pepper diced
1/2 cupmilk
1 cupsour cream
1a pinch of salt ,pepper

cook the ground Turkey ,then add in the peppers onions and garlic and let simmer

add in salt and pepper and milk,sour cream and stir well .let simmer till it bubbles and take off heat and let it sit to thicken

serve over pasta or rice
