  • 3 cupfrenchbean
  • 1 cupspring onions
  • 1/2 cupspicy teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbspgarlic
  • 2 tbspwater
  • garnish
  • 1/4 cupenoki mushroom

  1. 1

    blanch enoki in boiling water for 1 minute then drain and set aside

    in pan with oil saute garlic then carrot and green bean with 2 tbsp waters for about 2 minute

    add teriyaki sauce and sautee for another 3 minute till sauce almost dry up

  4. 4

    off heat add spring onion and serve top garnish
