Ingredients

4 persons
  • 2 cupmakki ka atta
  • 2 tbspwhole wheat flour
  • 2 cupchopped and washed fresh methi
  • salt as par taste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspgrated adruk
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big bowl add all ingredients and make dough with adding water

  2. 2

    Take a ball size dough and roll it with hands

  3. 3

    Put it on tawa and shallow fry both sides

  4. 4

    Enjoy hot with lot of makhan
