Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupsoaked urad dal
  3. 1 tspchopped adruk
  4. 1 tspgreen chillies
  5. salt as par taste
  6. 1 tspajwain
  7. 1/2 tspjeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixy jar take dal, adruk, chilles and blend it

  2. 2

    In a big bowl take aata, dal mixture, ajwain, jeera powder, salt and mix well

  3. 3

    Make dough with adding water as need and rest for 15 min minutes

  4. 4

    Take small ball size dough and roll it and deep fry

  5. 5

    Enjoy with launji and lot of salad
