Steps

Cook sausages as per packet instruction and cut them neatly

In a non stick sauce pan, saute onion with pepper and salt.(you may add 1tsp oil here). Then add jalapeños and sausages. Mix well

Remove from heat as soon as its mixed well and let it cool. Then add lime juice and vinegar n again mix well

We serve it as an appetizer or over few glasses of bourbon :D Of course it makes a great snack too.

You may add italian salad dressing over this, i found it really delicious. :D (optional)

~note~ i used chicken sausages. you may use sausage as per your preference.
