Pork Ribs with dry rub (oven cooked and grilled)
~(o.o)~
Steps
- 1
I normally use baby back ribs but you can use country style ribs as well. Of course wash and remove the membrane from you rack...
- 2
Dry well with paper towels. I usually lay out a couple sheets of wax paper to add the mustard and rub.
- 3
lather the whole rack up with mustard. enough to coat entire rack.... then go ahead and mix all the seasonings together well.
- 4
rub all over ribs and bake at 250°F for about 3 1/2 to 4 hours depending on the weight of your ribs. (my babybacks are about 3 lbs and leave them in for about 4 hrs..)
- 5
once ribs are cooked to your liking add to a hot grill to get the nice grilled taste. if you don't have a grill broil for about 5-8 min on high to make them nice and crispy! !
