Preheat oven to 500°F

In a small bowl combine the milk and salt. In a separate bowl combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Dip the haddock fillets into the milk and then press into the crumb mixture to coat.

Pour oil into a glass baking dish and place the haddock fillets inside and drizzle with the melted butter. Bake until the fish flakes easily for about 15 minutes.
