I was thinking of going all healthy and all I could think of is my grandma Rachel recipe for our Saturday lunch because she always follow routine for years..

Peel the bananas and boil for 20 minutes with salt.

Put cooking in a sufuria, add onions and let it for 1 minute.Add salt and spinach and cover to steam for 2 minutes.Uncover and and stir the cover to cook for another minute.

Put cooking oil in a pan add onions, red pepper and tomatoes and let it cook for 2 minutes. Tomato paste is ready to serve.

Serve it while hot.
