Ingredients

  1. 4 ozcan of diced jalapenos or 4-6 fresh deseeded jalapenos roasted and diced.
  2. 8 ozpackage of cream cheese (softened)
  3. 1 cupsour cream
  4. 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  5. 3/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  6. 1/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  7. 1 cupItalian seasoned bread crumbs
  8. 4 tbspbutter
  9. 1 tbspdried parsley

Cooking Instructions

    pre heat oven to 350

    In a mixer or by hand combine cream cheese and sour cream.

    Add cheddar cheese and 3/4 c. parmesan cheese,& jalapenos. Mix well.

    Spoon into 8x8 baking dish, spreading evenly.

    Blend bread crumbs, melted butter, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, and parsley. Sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 350for 15 minutes or until hot and golden brown. DON'T OVER COOK!

  7. 7

    Serve with crackers or chips.

Not nearly as great as jalapeno poppers. Made for a Christmas party and would recreate minus the bread,and add country sausage. Bread overpowered heat from jalapenos.
