Ingredients

8 servings
  • 4 ozcan of diced jalapenos or 4-6 fresh deseeded jalapenos roasted and diced.
  • 8 ozpackage of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cupItalian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspdried parsley

    pre heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    In a mixer or by hand combine cream cheese and sour cream.

  3. 3

    Add cheddar cheese and 3/4 c. parmesan cheese,& jalapenos. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Spoon into 8x8 baking dish, spreading evenly.

  5. 5

    Blend bread crumbs, melted butter, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, and parsley. Sprinkle on top.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350for 15 minutes or until hot and golden brown. DON'T OVER COOK!

  7. 7

    Serve with crackers or chips.

Not nearly as great as jalapeno poppers. Made for a Christmas party and would recreate minus the bread,and add country sausage. Bread overpowered heat from jalapenos.
