in a small bowl mix flour and baking soda, set aside

combine butter, sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla in large mixing bowl, beat until smooth and creamy

beat in eggs, gradually add flour mixture; then chocolate chips-- note batter will be stiff
- 4
drop by rounded teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet, about 2" apart
- 5
bake at 375*F 8 to 10 minutes
