Boil the coffee in 300ml water till its concentrated then let it cool

To the coffee concentrate add the flour,egg and sugar then whisk till a fine paste is achived

Heat the pan in medium heat

When heated smear some oil, then pour the paste on it and let cook as you turn it till its already cooked

Let it cool then serve
