Ingredients

  1. 1Egg
  2. 2 tbspChopped Onion,Tomato, Capsicum, grated Carrot all mixed
  3. 1 tbspChopped Coriander leaves, Chopped green Chill
  4. 2 tbspQuakers Oats
  5. 2 tbspMilk(cold)
  6. 1/4 tspOragano or any dried herb of your choice
  7. 1/4-1/2 tspPepper powder
  8. 1/4 tspChilli powder ( add according to the age of your kid
  9. 1Garlic clove chopped / crushed.
  10. 1/2 tspGaram masala (optional)
  11. 1/2 tspGinger grated / Chopped fine
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tbsp Olive oil / butter

Cooking Instructions

    Coarse grind oats.

    In a big bowl mix all chopped vegetables.

  3. 3

    Add Salt, pepper and Oragano to it. Add cold Milk. Mix well.

    Now beat egg and add to the above mixture. Adjust salt.

    Heat a nonstick griddle, spread butter / olive oil. Spread Oats and Egg mixture.

    Cook covered for 2 minutes.

    Check if one side is done. And then flip over.

    Your Power Packed Omlet is ready to serve.

    Give your kid with Tomato ketchup and a glass of milk/ juice.
