Ingredients

  • 1 cupSabudana (soak 2hr)
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 2 1/2 cupMilk
  • 1kiwi fine chopped
  • 2 slicepapaya fine chopped
  • Few Pomegranate seeds
  • 4 spoonWhipped cream
  • Few Cherries for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk and add soaked sago (Sabudana) cooked on low flame, stirr regularly.

  2. 2

    Cook till then it will be transparent or it will be soft.

  3. 3

    Add Sugar cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Cool it, and add Whipped cream and fruits.

  5. 5

    Putt Sabudana Fruit mixture into silver mould.

  6. 6

    Freez it for 3 to 4 hour and then un mould it.

  7. 7

    Garnish with cherry.

  8. 8

    Serve chilled to the kids.
