Heat a pan add poha.finely roasted it.than also roasted the ground peanut

Roast the makhana.mix all.

Heat a pan add1tbsp oil,add cuminseeds than add redchilli add chopped onion, garlic and ginjar chopped crackle it.till the onion becomes golden.

Add poha mixture.mix it well.poha chat is ready.Garnish with mixture serve the chat.
