Steps

Wash poha in water. Remove excess water. Keep it half an hour.

Mash potatoes. In a bowl mix poha, oats, mashed potatoes, & all ingredients. Combine all. Knead it for 4-5 minutes.

Take small portion of dough, & make cutlets using mould.

Heat nonstick pan. Pour some oil. Cook cutlets till crispy on both sides. Flame should be slow to medium.

Serve hot with tomato sauce & curd dip.
