  1. 1

    Brown bacon in a frying pan, until done. Allow bacon to drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.

  2. 2

    Place whole cooked bacon strips in a large glass jar or container.

  3. 3

    Pour vodka over bacon and cover tightly. Refrigerate for one week.

  4. 4

    After a week has passed strain vodka through a fine strainer. You may have to do it a few times to remove all the bacon pieces.

  5. 5

    Drink that stuff!

At first I loved this recipe because it intrigued me, but then I read where you said that it makes a kick'n bloody Mary and I was like, "oh yeah, I'm making this". Will post a cooksnap when complete.
