  • 1 boxwhite cake mix
  • 1 boxbutterscotch instant pudding
  • 1 cupsoy milk (or any milk you prefer)
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 4egg whites

    Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bundt cake pan.

  2. 2

    Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Pour evenly into pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  4. 4

    Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn upside down onto heatproof serving plate. Remove pan; cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
