  1. 19-inch Pie Crust
  2. 8 ozPecan Halves
  3. Filling
  4. 3Eggs
  5. 3/4 cupLight Corn Syrup
  6. 3/4 cupBrown Sugar
  7. 1/4 cupButter (melted)
  8. 1 1/2 tbspCinnamon Liquor
  9. 1 tspGround Cinnamon
  10. 1 pinchGround Nutmeg
  11. 1/4 tspSalt
  12. 1 tspVanilla Extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    In a large mixing bowl, mix together filling ingredients thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Spread all but a handful of the pecan halves into pie shell.

  4. 4

    Pour filling mixture over the pecans in the pie shell. Top with remaining handful of pecan halves.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350°F 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes clean out of center.
