Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround beef
  2. 1 lbHot Italian sausage
  3. 1 cupbread crumbs
  4. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  5. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  6. salt and pepper
  7. 1 tbspItalian seasoning
  8. 2 largeeggs (beaten)
  9. 1 1/2 cupfresh parsley (chopped)
  10. 8 ozmozzarella cheese (1/4 in cubes)
  11. 1 canYour favorite pasta sauce
  12. 2bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the casing from the sausage.

    In a large mixing bowl mix all first 9 ingredients. Mix with hands until well integrated.

    Roll into round balls then place cubed mozzarella into ball then continue to roll until cheese is covered and balls look uniform.

    Place one layer of meatballs in slow cooker set on high then pour half of the sauce over them

  5. 5

    Place the rest of the meatballs inside and cover with remaining sauce

  6. 6

    Put in bay leaves cover and let cook for 2:30 - 3hrs on high

  7. 7

    Remove bay leaves and enjoy

finishing suggestion, when done open crockpot and using a large spoon remove and discard the oils that have pooled on top before serving this meat ball deliciousness.
