2 bunchcollard greens
2 bunchkale greens
1salt
1pepper
3 tbspviniger
4 tbspbacon grease
2cumberland ham hocks
1 mediumyellow onion chopped
2 cupfresh spinich or 1can

In a large pot add water, then wash greens, chop greens add to pot.

Add all other ingredients ,make sure water cover greens then, cook greens till tender.

Check water level throughout cooking, you can season to taste after cooking.
